New Flooring in Community Building

New flooring has recently been installed in the big room and entry of the Yale Community Building. The carpet should help with the acoustic issues that come with a large room while the middle, smooth section will provide a nice dance floor when the Kenaston Family Band is in town on July 3rd.

Scholarships for Yale Students

The Yale Community Club is sponsoring $500 scholarships for graduating students with a Yale address. The scholarships will be paid the second semester of the student’s freshman year at a college or vocational school. The application and additional details can be found here. The applications may be turned in at the Panorama High School guidance office.

KCCI came to town

We heard KCCI was in town filming on the fourth and had a segment that aired on the 6:00 PM news and possibly other newscasts. In case you missed it, or you want to share with your friends, we have included a link below. We hope you all enjoyed Independence Day in Yale and hope to see you again next year and at other event between now and then.
